Our development officers can interlink generic and specialist projects and services at both strategic and service delivery levels. We have an excellent understanding of complex multi partnership relationships including the development of partnership agreements. CEiS engage in collaborative working with a range of partners within the statutory, community, and voluntary sector.
Our development officers have sound strategic awareness of service and project development and the ability to attune to policy changes, organisational dynamics and stakeholder interests, providing good practice development of organisational policy and structures.
CEiS can build the capacity of groups to develop robust governance structures, committee management skills and encourage community involvement in management and decision making processes. We can assist groups to develop grant funding applications which address issues of financial viability, environmental sustainability and equal opportunities, as well as providing business plans, action plans, services and monitoring/evaluation systems.
