Strategic Event Management Support

In addition to providing a range of event management services, CEiS Events further provide strategic event management support when required. This includes working closely with partner organisations and individual clients to provide on-site event support, fulfilling a range of duties including registration, exhibition co-ordination, liaison with AV suppliers, workshop co-ordination, volunteer co-ordination, speaker and delegate trouble shooting. Provision of strategic event management support requires team members to be flexible to alternative working systems and to have the ability to adapt quickly in a range of environments within a short period of time.

Examples of previous event management support include:

Lynsey Johnston – SEWF USA – SE Alliance San Francisco, April 2010 and SEWF South Africa, University of Johannesburg April 2011.
